Girl standing in a front yard, holding a paper, we can guess she wants to rent the place, but, the yard has junk/ rubbish lying around on the lawns and junk all over the place when she let's herself in, after knocking and getting no answer. I wouldn't want to rent a place that was presented like that – basically a rubbish tip. Ok so I don't like the poor start in the script. It says "caution, B grade movie, beware".
